We aim to process all Falcon Suede orders within 24 hours of being placed. Order processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. For any questions prior to checkout, reach out to us directly.
Orders placed by 12 PM EST (Monday–Friday) usually ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM (Monday–Thursday) typically ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or on weekends will ship the following Monday.

🔒 Changes can only be made before the order enters processing. Once your order is being prepared or has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
We offer flat-rate shipping at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of delays or returns.

Budget option, shipped via UPS SurePost.
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
Priority Shipping
Faster delivery via USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Expedited Shipping
Our fastest option, typically sent via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Estimated delivery: 2 business days after shipping.
