We want you to love your purchase from Falcon Suede, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below to ensure the process goes smoothly.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from Falcon Suede that meet the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered within the last 30 days.

  • The item is in new condition.

  • The item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • The item has its original tags attached.

How to Return a Product:

All returns must be processed through our Falcon Suede Returns Portal. Any returns sent to our warehouse without being processed through the portal will be refused.

  • For U.S. customers, a flat return shipping fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • For international customers, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Important: If the returned product shows any signs of wear (e.g., tags removed, used, or altered), a deduction from the refund may be made at the sole discretion of Falcon Suede.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in original condition.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • Items must include all original tags.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to exchange your item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

  • The item was delivered within the last 30 days.

  • The item is in new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

  • The item has its original tags attached.

  • The item has not been previously exchanged.

How to Exchange a Product:

Exchanges must be initiated through the Falcon Suede Returns Portal. Items that are returned without being processed through the portal will be refused.

  • For U.S. customers, a pre-paid return label will be provided free of charge. Additionally, your replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.

  • For international customers, exchanges are not allowed.

We can only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color if it is currently in stock.

Important: Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Additional Notes

  • If a returned or exchanged product shows any type of wear, Falcon Suede reserves the right to deduct an amount from the return or exchange credit at our discretion.

  • Please make sure that items are returned with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
